After wandering from coast to coast, Katherine Almy finally settled in the Pacific Northwest. Her degrees in Art History and Arts Administration led her to write about the visual arts in this vibrantly creative area, but after a few years of this, the writing became more than a means to an end. While she is still passionate about the arts, she now writes for the love of writing and is branching into other topics.

She was a contributing writer for the North Coast Journal and has published art reviews in Artweek Magazine.
